REFUND POLICY

 

Changed your mind? Something not quite right? No problem!

We offer exchanges or refunds on all items, we just ask that you pay for the return shipping.
All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 2 hours of placing your order. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred.

If you would like to return an item:

  1. Please email admin@designsbylulu.com.au with your order number.
  2. We will provide the return address and organise a replacement or refund,
    once the goods have been returned to us.
